Get quick and easy online psychological support
With the online platform BloomUp, mental healthcare becomes more accessible. It quickly and easily connects you with a certified psychologist.
Within two days, you can have a free introductory consultation (15 minutes). After that, you schedule follow-up consultations together. For each consultation, you receive a 10 euro reimbursement via the Helan psychotherapy benefit. This is processed automatically and applies for a maximum of 12 sessions per year.
Please note: until the end of 2024, we worked with the Helan Listening Line for online psychological care. This benefit has been discontinued since 2025.
